#wales #cardiff #glamorgan – Property Development Fund

The Welsh Government has announced a new £10m fund to support property developers, both commercial and residential, to get projects off the ground. Business Minister Edwina Hart has confirmed that the Property Development Fund will be managed by Finance Wales. It has been set up in response to strong demand for funding from smaller developers that are unable to access finance from traditional sources. The aim is for it to be an evergreen fund with interest and  capital repayments – typically between 12-24 months – being reinvested back to support new deal flow. WalesOnline
